
Super Bowl Leftover Challenge by Heinz
Every year after the Super Bowl, 140,000 pounds of food go to waste. To tackle this, Heinz is launching a new line of spicy ketchup—designed to turn game day leftovers into bold, flavorful breakfasts. A nationwide challenge will invite people to submit their own breakfast recipes using the new ketchup, with winners receiving a lifetime supply.

Recipes created by Super Bowl fans—using leftover game-day food—were submitted.

Once enough recipes are collected, they’ll be compiled into a Heinz Spicy Ketchup breakfast cookbook.
The cookbook will be sent to cultural figures and fans will join to help spread the recipes.
The Super Bowl Leftover Recipe Challenge will launch as a social media trend—inviting users to share their creations and discover how each recipe comes to life.
